In 2023, God is looking to do a new thing in all of us. In order for Him to move, we will have to go deeper. But what does that mean? It means being totally dependent on God as the source of everything in your life. It means making God your #1 priority and realizing that your success in this life comes from Him. And as you live like every part of your life depends on God, He will continue giving you the nutrients you need to grow and bear fruit.
Pastor Eric R Bell, loves God and enjoys sharing Divine inspired messages with God’s people. He is a native of High Springs, Florida. He grew up in the Bethel Seventh Day Adventist church in Gainsville, Florida, where his deep love for the Lord was discovered at age nine. Like young Timothy, he could say, “And from a child thou hast known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.” He experienced his first soul winning experience at age nine when he led his best friend to Jesus, who is still in the church today. This sparked his love for evangelism which has led him to win many more since that time.
It was this experience, his love for scripture, and the compelling call to ministry that lead him to attend Oakwood University, where he graduated with a B.A. in Theology. Upon completion of this academic pursuit, Pastor Bell went on to attain his Master of Divinity degree from Andrews University. It was at Andrews that he met the love of his life, the former Cheryl Edmeade. They are blessed to have three children; Eric James, known as E.J., Dellonique, and DayShaun.
Pastor Bell has been privileged to serve 23 years in the ministry of the Lake Region Conference. He has served in Evansville, Jeffersonville, and Terre Haute, Indiana, East St. Louis and Springfield, Illinois, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Chicago Illinois. Pastor Bell has served as the Ministerial Director of the Lake Region Conference and Chicagoland Area of Pastors.
He lives by the promise and hope of Romans 8:32 which says, “He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?”
